Neil isn’t a stranger to being tested, but all those times he’d known his dad would always be there for him. Nothing could have prepared him for the possibility that he wouldn’t be.
Rory feels somewhat like his world has been tossed into a blender and ground up, and the pieces of his past he’s been given don’t seem to paint the complete picture. But figuring things out is one of his many skills, and he’s not going to stop until he solves the mystery of the past decade.
When Neil stumbles upon a potential terrorist attack, he starts to realize how much he depends on his dad to be there for him. But he won’t let that stop him from doing what he needs to do, even if those around him don’t believe him.
